ACG Silicon Valley Board Circle

At this dinner we will be discussing the evolving regulatory oversight for financial reporting, including new SEC guidance on the disclosure of litigation contingencies, and PCAOB concept releases on audit reports and auditor rotation, as well as other current issues of interest to audit committees.

Our speaker will be Donald Falkenhagen, Partner and Industry Professional Practice Director – Technology Sector, Deloitte & Touche LLP. Don has 35 years of public accounting experience with Deloitte & Touche LLP, including 24 years as a partner. He is the Firm’s industry professional practice director (IPPD) for the technology sector. Don consults with audit teams and clients on technology-related accounting issues, such as revenue recognition, stock-based compensation and business combinations. He also develops and leads seminars to keep clients and our client service personnel informed of emerging accounting issues that affect high-technology companies.
