Victor is a Co-Founder of FLG Partners. Victor has over 30 years of business experience, including serving as a Chief Financial Officer for nearly 20 years. He has been involved in fund raising transactions, both domestically and internationally, as well as significant mergers and acquisitions.

As adept as he is at taking startups through the IPO process he is equally comfortable working on the operations side. Victor oversaw operations of a highly profitable multi-national company which he helped grow seven-fold from $29 million to over $200 million.

Victor has effectively worked with a variety of management teams and cultures in industries as far-ranging as consumer products, technology, and medical devices. Prior to working with FLG he served as Chief Financial Officer of Biosense, where he was recruited to establish the infrastructure of the Israeli-based venture and take the Company public in the U.S. He filed the Company’s S-1 registration statement, leading to its preemptive $400 million acquisition by Johnson & Johnson.
