Charlie has more than 25 years of senior financial and operational management experience, principally in the technology industry. His expertise includes numerous venture capital financings as well as debt financings, IPOs, SEC compliance, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to FLG, Charlie was Chief Financial Officer of Fuse Capital (formerly ComVentures), a $1.5 billion venture capital firm, for six years. Prior to that, Charlie served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of BlueArc, Inc., a venture-backed data storage company. Before that, Charlie was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CyberSource Corporation (NASDAQ:CYBS, since acquired by Visa, Inc.), a leading provider of enterprise eCommerce transaction processing services, where he led the company through a successful initial public offering. Charlie also served as Chief Financial Officer of RockShox, Inc. and led its IPO in 1997.

Charlie spent 13 years with Coopers & Lybrand, the predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers. As a partner, he worked with a variety of public and privately held companies primarily in the high technology, semiconductor, and software industries.

Charlie received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a CPA (Inactive) in California.
