Skip is a Co-Founder of FLG Partners. His career spans over 30 years in financial and operational management in addition to capital markets experience.

He is experienced in the full range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, recapitalizations, acquisitions and buyouts as both principal and advisor. He has built staffs and managed public company financial reporting, investor relations and tax compliance, as well as financial planning, contracts and budget functions. Skip was recently CFO of BondDesk Group, a leading fixed-income electronic trading platform, and one of the largest market destinations for trading odd-lot fixed income in the U.S. Recently, Skip managed all financial aspects of an auction process which culminated in the sale of BondDesk to Advent International and senior management.

Prior to co-founding FLG, Skip was a partner with Tatum Partners LLP where he completed consulting assignments with a digital magazine service provider and a wireless broadband technology company. Skip’s most recent position prior to Tatum was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xigo, Inc., a venture-backed company offering agent-based real time alerts and information services to institutional and online investors. At Xigo, he closed a $23 million round of venture financing. Prior, he held many other positions across industries, including serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of QuadraMed Corporation (NASDAQ: QMDC), and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Raytel Medical Corporation, a provider of cardiovascular and imaging services. At Raytel, he helped build the company from revenues of $3 million to a peak of $108 million through eight acquisitions and internal development. He managed all of Raytel’s capital market relationships and led the Company’s initial public offering.

Skip holds a BA, Business Administration, from Monmouth College and a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
