Frank has over 30 years of financial management, primarily in financial services and health care services companies. He is experienced with merger and acquisitions including leading the due diligence and post-close integration of 15 acquisitions.
Frank is experienced with turnaround situations, establishing and managing finance and accounting groups, budgets & forecasting, operations, customer service, IT, human resources, administration and facilities functions. He led the re-financing of more than $107 million in taxable and nontaxable bonds. He has worked with venture capital and private equity funded companies which ranged from pre-revenue to over $200 million in revenues. Frank has recently worked with Milepost Ventures, the Global Environment Fund, and Tullis-Dickerson & Co.
Prior to joining FLG, he served as CFO for two privately held multi-state senior living companies. He has worked as CFO of several non-profit organizations and foundations, including those with sizeable assets. Frank has worked as CFO of several HMOs and Individual Practice Associations. He is currently a Co-Founder and Vice Chair of a community bank in Oakland, California, and serves as chair of its audit committee.
Frank holds a BA in Child Psychology, a Masters in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
